Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container. Best consumed within 6 months of manufacture. Manufacturing and best-before dates are printed on the pack.
How to Cook Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add salt. Add Rootistri pasta and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente. Drain and use immediately in your recipe. Do not overcook — ancient grain pasta holds its texture best when not left sitting in water after draining.

Our Policy As Rootistri products are food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we stand fully behind the quality of every pack we ship.
Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. No questions asked.

Include your order number and 1–2 photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will confirm your replacement within 24 hours and dispatch it within 2 business days
Wrong Item Received If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement of the correct item immediately.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, WhatsApp us at +91 90350 34152 as soon as possible after placing your order.

Shipping Charges Free delivery on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹60.
Packaging Your pasta is packed in a sealed, food-grade resealable pouch designed to keep the product fresh during transit. We pack carefully — but if your order arrives damaged, please see our exchange policy below.
