Ditalini Rigati — short, ridged, hollow tubes — are engineered to grip. Those ridges aren't decorative. Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container. Best consumed within 6 months of manufacture. Manufacturing and best-before dates are printed on the pack.
How to Cook Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add salt. Add Rootistri pasta and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente. Drain and use immediately in your recipe. Do not overcook — ancient grain pasta holds its texture best when not left sitting in water after draining.
Allergen Information Contains wheat (except Maize Pepe Bucato, which is wheat-free). Made in a facility that processes wheat products. Not suitable for those with celiac disease.

Our Policy As Rootistri products are food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we stand fully behind the quality of every pack we ship.
Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. No questions asked.

We will confirm your replacement within 24 hours and dispatch it within 2 business days
Wrong Item Received If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement of the correct item immediately.
