All nutritional values displayed on our website are based on NABL-accredited lab testing and are accurate as of the test date.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with an alternative or provide a full refund.

3.3 Ingredients & Allergen Information

Rootistri products contain wheat and/or maize. Our Khapli Emmer Wheat and Jowar pasta contain gluten. Our Maize pasta is naturally gluten-friendly but is manufactured in a facility that also handles wheat. Customers with severe gluten allergies or celiac disease must exercise caution and consult a medical professional before consuming our products.

 

4. Pricing

All prices on rootistri.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation shall be the final prices applicable to your purchase.

Free shipping thresholds and promotional discounts are subject to change and will be clearly communicated on the website at the time of purchase.

 

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order on rootistri.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email acknowledging your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is accurate.

We accept the following payment methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
